Do you know what Chapisco is?
While in the construction industry the term “Chapisco” is very common and well known, those who are not so intimate with works may not know what it is about. To understand Chapisco, you need to know that ordinary masonry walls have basically three finishing steps: chapisco, plaster and plaster.
After laying the bricks, the first finishing layer applied directly to the raw wall is called Chapisco. Chapisco, due to its porous appearance, has as its main function to create adhesion to the other finishing steps in masonry.
The second finishing step takes place by the plaster, which guarantees the leveling of the wall and aspects related to its impermeability. And the last step is the plaster, better known to the general public, which consists in applying mortar to make the wall surface flat and ready for subsequent painting. After plastering, the wall can still receive a layer of putty especially focused on texture creation before painting.
Although this process can be performed using Mason Spoons e Perforators , there was a possibility to make the work even easier.
And it was with that in mind that Max developed the famous Texture and Splatter , the right tool to make your job easier. With it, it is possible to perform the Chapisco (the first step of wall covering) and the application of texture in a practical and fast way for the worker, which guarantees a standardized and quality service on site.
